I was marketing Unit 2, next door.

Very soon after taking Unit 2 to market, I had multiple buyers wanting to purchase it.

I approached the owner of Unit 3, to explain the situation, in that I had two serious qualified buyers for Unit 2.

Once Unit 2 was under contract, I was then able to strike a deal on Unit 3, off market, with the other buyer.

Everyone now happy I think!
