Stuart assisted my husband and I with selling our rental property in Peregian Springs (which he also managed while it was being rented). Stuart provided an absolutely amazing service for both renting and selling, guiding us through the processes and making everything clear and easy to understand - which was especially helpful as this was our first time both renting and selling a property. While selling Stuart always kept close contact with us and ensured we were always kept up-to-date with what was happening. When we needed advice and guidance Stuart always gave us his professional opinions on the situation to ensure we got the best possible result we could. The entire selling process from start to end couldn’t have gone any smoother and for that we HIGHLY recommend Stuart.

Lovely & Gets S%#t done. Rosie represented the seller of a property which we purchased. She was firm when needed and got a higher offer out of us as was her job (so don’t hesitate to employ her if you’re looking to sell). The professional way the property was looked after, repairs and maintenance done promptly. Coolum Beach Realty have managed our property in Coolum Beach for the past four years. To say we have been happy with their level of service and professionalism would be an understatement. Communication on any matter was dealt with promptly and efficiently on behalf of both owners and tenants.Therese, our property manager is so helpful, even to the point of returning a faulty product purchased by us in Brisbane to the local Bunnings for replacement, which was over and above her responsibility, such is the level of service we enjoyed. We've rented several times and Philip Cook by far was the best property manager we've ever had. If we had an investment property in the Sunny Coast we would trust him whole heartedly in looking after it like it were his own. He thoroughly inspected the property during our time there and would even make note of anything that might not be up to scratch as the unit was still under warranty. My grandchild is looking for their first property on the Sunshine Coast and engaged with a salesperson by the name of Rosemary or Rosie who is completely abrupt, abrasive, rude and arrogant! She made my grandchild feel stupid for asking questions. They have since taken their money elsewhere and has been given all the information in a pleasant and transparent manor and nothing has been too much for the new agency. It seems they are happy to help the buyer as well as the seller!!! This salesperson of yours needs a few lessons in customer service, empathy, phone manor and how powerful word of mouth is in modern business.

I've dealt with Stuart and Phillip over the past 12 months and had an excellent experience, they've done a top job listing and finding a quality tenant for our rental property, they've also dealt with the property developers to sort out some issues and had them sorted quick smart! Their fees are extremely fair for the level of service they provide.

We feel so lucky to be involved with this company, they are extremely professional, looking after both the the owners of the rental propety very well but also the needs of the tenant. If we were property owner's we would not hesitate to have them look after our property as tenants we are so happy to be cared for but such a professional company. Good on you great job.
