4. Zero Hidden Fees
- Management Fee + Let Fee. That’s it.
- No Admin Fees, No Re-Let Fees, No Statement Fees, No Additional Fees.
5. Your Expenses Paid
- If a large bill is due, and your account is low, we will pay the bill, with our credit card.
- A refund from your account, back to us, will occur at a later date.
6. Three Day Vacancy Plan
- Our focus is for 3 days vacancy only, between tenants.
- Tenant vacates on a Monday, and new tenant in on the Friday.
7. Communication
- We contact you before you contact us.

8. Routine Inspections
- Receive a Full Colour Routine Inspection Report, of your property, every 12 weeks.

- We are available for emergency maintenance at your property, 24/7.
